It was created by experts with over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Property Management, who have launched and operated multiple businesses, culminating in the formation of Lavender Boulevard.
Founded by Jessica Phillips, an 8-year Florida Licensed Realtor SL3360931 @ REIP Elite Realty and a 6-year Florida Licensed Community Association Manager CAM49238, Lavender Boulevard brings over a decade of dedication and expertise to property management in South Florida.
